Term of Conditions:
- These rates are inclusive government tax and also service charge.
- All reservations are subject to space availability of the booking and should be made at last 24 hour prior to arrival dates.
Cancellation and no show:
- Regular season, cancellation for 7 days to the schedule date arrival or in case no show, will be charged equal to one hundred percents (100%) of the unsold guest day revenue for the first night stay.
- Peak and high season for 14 days prior to the schedule date of arrival, cancellation fee equal to one hundred percents (100%) of the total unsold guest room revenue.
